A Woman of No Importance by Oscar Wilde, or The School for Scandal by Richard Brinsley Sheridan
Thurs 10 Dec, 7:30pm via Zoom
It certainly hasn’t been the year of theatre we envisioned, but we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our virtual table-reads in the months when we would have been performing, and we have one more to go. We’ll be meeting on Thursday 10 December to read a tale of high-class hilarity together. Make your choice between Oscar Wilde satirising the upper-classes in his A Woman of No Importance; or The School for Scandal, a comedy of manners by Richard Brinsley Sheridan.
Both plays are available to download as a pdf here:
Or you can download them in an alternative format on the Internet Archive: A Woman of No Importance; The School for Scandal.
As before, head on over to Eventbrite to book your spot. Then snuggle into your slippers, grab yourself a mug of mulled wine and join us on Thursday 10 December for an evening of festive cheer. Book online here.
